Review : ZINC @ Kuching
Due to our limited time in Kuching, we could not finish eating all the food we originally planned to. But time was made for this place because it was highly raved and was #2 on TripAdvisor (#1 did not appeal to us). Being unsure of our schedule, no reservations were made which meant we could not get a table inside and was left with the only option of an outdoor table. Fortunately it was a breezy shaded area and all was good. What's this called : Escargots What's in it : Half dozen snails in butter, parsley, and garlic. Chubsquared thoughts : Being fans of escargots and knowing the reputation of this restaurant, we had high hopes for this dish. It unfortunately did not meet our expectations and was average compared to the one at Yeast in KL. While the snail was cooked fine, the sauce did not taste good and negatively impacted the dish as a whole. What's this called : Jamon Croquetas What's in it : 4 fried croquettes filled with diced c
